Fabrics





Our Fabrics

Lind currently offers six types of fabric, each one distinctly different from the others to suit customers' specific requirements. The following describes each fabric type:


Agasal Microfibre. Luxuriously soft, yet the fabric is very durable and stain-resistant.  It is very easy to clean and maintain.
It can be cleaned easily by using a soft brush to maintain the fabric in excellent condition.
Most stains can be removed using neutral soap and warm water. Avoid using solvents.

 

Prism Microfibre. Has the same qualities as Agasal and will slowly replace it.

Jill. 100% wool material.  It has a soft look but very durable and stain-resistant and easy to clean.

 

Flora. 100% polyester material with very soft touch. It is very durable and stain-resistant, and it cleans easily. Flora is offered in 9 colors. 

 

Kingston. 40% cotton, 32% rayon and 28% flax.  Interweave fabric. It can be spot cleaned with upholstery shampoo or foam from a mild detergent. Avoid using solvents. Pre-test for color loss and fabric compatibility. Do not overwet. Professional cleaning service should be used for overall soiling. Kingston is offered in 5 colors.

 

Angel. 100% polyester material with very soft, velvety touch. It has soft raised pile; it is very durable and has good stain resistance. Spot clean only with water based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner; do not use solvents. Do not overwet. Use a professional furniture cleaning service when an overall soiled condition has been reached.

 

Nova. 100% polyester. It is offered in 18 colors.

A few fabric stain removal hints:

  • Act promptly to reduce the stain by working from the edges towards the center in order to avoid spreading
  • Delicately using a spoon, remove most of the stain and blot immediately with a white cloth
  • Can wash with diluted non-solvent detergent
  • Blot stain with sponge or absorbent paper
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove detergent
  • Avoid excessive rubbing to maintain surface texture regularity
